Norwegian Sun delivers a classic cruise experience in a size that feels welcoming from the moment guests step aboard. Built in 2001 and refurbished in 2024, this Sun Class ship accommodates approximately 1,878 guests at double occupancy. At 848 feet long, she is among the more intimate vessels in Norwegian Cruise Line’s fleet, making restaurants, lounges, entertainment, and outdoor decks easy to explore without long walks between venues.

A bright pool deck forms the center of daytime life, with swimming pools and hot tubs surrounded by open views of the sea. The atmosphere can be lively during scheduled activities, but quieter spaces are never far away. Norwegian Sun’s dining collection adds considerable variety for a ship of her size. Four Seasons and Seven Seas provide traditional main-dining experiences, while specialty evenings may feature Brazilian-style meats at Moderno Churrascaria, French cuisine at Le Bistro, Italian dishes at La Cucina, or Mexican flavors at Los Lobos Cantina. The Great Outdoors is especially appealing during pleasant weather, offering casual meals in the open air with the horizon nearby.

Accommodation choices include Solo Inside rooms, Inside and Oceanview staterooms, Balcony accommodations, Club Balcony Suites, and larger Penthouses and Owner’s Suites.
