Oceania Marina captures the feel of an elegant country club at sea, where polished public rooms, thoughtful service, and a strong culinary identity shape the voyage. Carrying approximately 1,250 guests, the ship is large enough to offer an impressive collection of restaurants and enrichment spaces while remaining intimate enough for a relaxed, personal atmosphere. Oceania Cruises scheduled a comprehensive 2024 refurbishment to refresh the ship and introduce redesigned Penthouse Suites alongside several new dining experiences.

Marina’s culinary scene gives the ship much of its character. Guests can enjoy French cuisine at Jacques, Italian specialties at Toscana, contemporary Asian dishes at Red Ginger, and classic steakhouse fare at Polo Grill—all without an additional specialty-dining charge. The Grand Dining Room brings a more traditional sense of occasion, while Terrace Café and Waves Grill offer a casual alternative when the day calls for something less formal.

The 2024 transformation added Aquamar Kitchen, where wellness-inspired breakfasts and lunches include cold-pressed juices, smoothies, energy bowls, avocado toast, and lighter entrées. Marina also gained an alfresco pizzeria and an expanded poolside ice cream venue, creating more opportunities for relaxed meals beneath the open sky.

Food becomes a hands-on experience at The Culinary Center, where guests can join practical cooking classes led by professional chefs. The ship also offers enrichment lectures, art activities, afternoon tea, live music, production entertainment, and inviting lounges such as Martinis and Horizons. These experiences bring variety to sea days without disrupting Marina’s generally unhurried rhythm.

Accommodations range from Inside and Oceanview categories to Veranda Staterooms, Concierge Level rooms, Penthouse Suites, and the expansive Oceania, Vista, and Owner’s Suites. The redesigned Penthouse Suites feature updated furnishings, enhanced storage, contemporary lighting, and additional electrical and USB outlets. Across the ship, Oceania’s Tranquility Bed and residential-style details create a comfortable retreat after a full day ashore.

Marina is particularly well suited to voyages through the Mediterranean and Scandinavia. One itinerary may place sunlit island ports, historic waterfronts, and celebrated culinary regions within reach, while another brings Norwegian fjords, Nordic capitals, and long northern summer days into view. Her intimate scale allows the journey to remain closely connected to each destination while still providing a refined home between ports.
