Celebrity Beyond was created as a larger, more expansive interpretation of Celebrity Cruises’ Edge Series. When the ship entered service in 2022, it introduced additional space around several familiar Edge-class concepts while adding new venues and a more pronounced resort atmosphere. Its design places equal emphasis on ocean views, dining, outdoor living, and contemporary interiors rather than relying primarily on large-scale attractions. The ship measures 1,073 feet in length and has a gross tonnage of 141,420. At double occupancy, Celebrity Beyond accommodates approximately 3,260 guests, with around 1,646 staterooms and suites available across the vessel. Although it is a large ship, its public spaces are divided into distinct settings, helping different areas develop their own character throughout the day.
Outdoor space plays an important role in the Celebrity Beyond experience. The Rooftop Garden combines landscaped seating, live entertainment, movies, and dining with uninterrupted sea views. At the aft of the ship, the multi-level Sunset Bar creates a terraced gathering place overlooking the wake. The Resort Deck includes a long main pool, raised whirlpools, shaded seating, and an adults-only Solarium for guests seeking a quieter environment. Among the ship’s most recognizable features is the Magic Carpet, a cantilevered platform that travels vertically along the starboard side. Its position determines how the space is used, allowing it to function as a lounge, bar, dining area, viewing platform, or tender-boarding venue. Eden provides another destination-facing space across three levels at the stern, combining expansive windows with cocktails, specialty dining, live performances, and relaxed seating.
Food and beverage options extend well beyond a single main dining room. Celebrity Beyond offers four complimentary dining rooms with distinct interiors and selected regional dishes, along with venues such as Fine Cut Steakhouse, Raw on 5, Eden Restaurant, Le Grand Bistro, and Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud. The expanded Grand Plaza serves as one of the ship’s main social centers, where the Martini Bar, live music, and evening activity create a livelier contrast to the quieter lounges and outdoor decks. Accommodation choices include interior rooms, ocean-view staterooms, Infinite Verandas, AquaClass accommodations, solo cabins, and a broad collection of suites. Infinite Veranda rooms use a retractable floor-to-ceiling window to incorporate the veranda area into the cabin, while guests staying in The Retreat receive access to a private sundeck, dedicated lounge, and Luminae restaurant. Larger categories include Edge Villas and Iconic Suites designed for travelers seeking more space and privacy.
